Initial Risk Analysis To understand the security stance of the servers/services we have to manage and assess which improvements are necessary to fulfill satisfactorily our commitment to the client. The initial risk analysis is performed following the Octave method. Initial White box penetration testing To further assess security issues. "White box" penetration testing implies we have all information about the systems to test, thus simplifying and speeding up the process of security evaluation. Wiki system In the Wiki system we integrate all the information collected about the client's system. The client has full and permanent access to the system. Contractually, the client receives it integrally in the event of the termination of the contract for any reason. 24x7 monitoring 24x7 monitoring is conducted through Zabbix servers, hosted in our facilities. The monitoring gives secWays a complete, real -time view of critical health parameters of every device managed. Secure Instant Messaging system Fully private Instant Messaging system hosted in our servers and using encrypted channels. It provides an additional point for information exchange with the security and system administrators assigned to the client.

We are aware that there is a diversity of hosting providers now also offering management services for an extra fee. It is possible to find companies advertising full server management for as little as 29$ a month.

With management contracts of a certain size and duration, secWays may assume the expenses for the changes needed in the customer systems to enable fully, transparent and secure remote administration (firewalls, VPN structure ...).
